Just as in "traditional" construction, where you would not deal with the lumberyard directly, you only work with your Avis builder when you decide on an Avis home. You decide on the specifications and options for your new Avis home with your builder, and your builder takes care of the rest of the process. Your Avis builder will take care of all the site work for your home, including your home's foundation installation. Your Avis builder will purchase the modules manufactured by Avis. When they arrive at your foundation, the modules for your Avis home may be as much as 90% completed with carpet, cabinets, doors, siding, etc. already installed. Naturally, the type or design of the home and materials you choose with your builder can affect the level of completion of the modules at the Avis facility and your builder may have more or less work to do in order to complete your home.

Avis will provide your builder with all the information he or she needs to answer all your questions and to discuss specifications, prices, and other relevant information with you.
